Five people martyred while several others sustain injuries when roof of the mosque caved in at North Nazimabad, Karachi on Friday.
As per details, the incident occurred at Landi Kotal Chowk where roof of Jama Mosque Usman caved in during Friday prayers. Several people were stuck in the derbies of the roof.
Rescue teams immediately rushed to the site and started shifting the injured and the bodies to the nearest hospital.
Edhi spokesman conforming four causalities said the bodies have been transported to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital. The injured are also taken to the same hospital, he told.
