KARACHI: The Arabian sea cyclone is just 1200 kilometres away from Pakistan’s biggest city Karachi, Met office sources say.
The cyclone which was earlier said to be 1600 kilometers away is now only 1200 kms away from Karachi.
Authorities have directed fishermen to stay away from the sea while section 144 has been imposed on Karachi beach to prevent visitors from any imminent danger.
Meanwhile K-Electric has also imposed emergency and directed citizens to report any untoward incident on their telephone number 118.
