ISLAMABAD: Karachi-Electric (K-Electric) has reduced electricity tariff by Rs2.08 per unit in the city.
The reduction was made over fuel adjustment for the month of August while the relaxation will be given in consumer tariff this month (December).
The lower rate of tariff will not apply to domestic consumers using less than 300 units per month and agriculture consumers under a government decision which says they are already in subsidised categories.
