ISLAMABAD: The apex court on Tuesday threw away a petition filed by ex-PM Nawaz Sharif seeking the August 23 verdict review regarding a video scandal that involved Mohammad Arshad Malik , the former accountability court judge.
On Aug 23, the Supreme Court of Pakistan had declared that the controversial video that showed judge Arshad Malik making remarks about a criminal case was not admissible as proof if authenticity of the footage is not established.
The apex court had ordered the petitioner to move with his application to the Islamabad High Court.
