Former Pakistan cricket captain Inzamam-ul-Haq’s Test cricket record has been broken after 16 years by English batsman Joe Root.
Inzamam-ul-Haq had the highest individual score on his 100th Test.
Inzamam-ul-Haq scored a century in his 100th Test and played an innings of 184 runs, which was the highest individual score by a batsman in the 100th Test so far.
However, English captain Joe Root broke the record by scoring a double century in the Chennai Test against India.
Joe Root also became the only player in the world to score a double century in the 100th Test match.
