KARACHI: Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) Karachi has decide to hold a sit-in protest over the issue of CNG Rickshaws.
This had been decided at a ‘Jirga’ ceremony held at JI headquarters, to discuss the issue and find ways to resolve it. All the stake holders of the issue, including Richshaw owners association had decided to hold a sit-in in this regard.
The sit-in would be held at Mazar-e-Quaid. The sit-in would be a commencement of a full-fledged drive for installment of a proper and adequate system of transportation for the metropolis.
A large number of people, associated with the CNG Richshaws and other representatives of the concerned circles would participate in the sit-in.
