LAHORE: Ameer, Jamaat-e-Islami (JI), Pakistan, Senator Sirajul Haq, Secretary General Liaqat Baloch, JI Information Secretary Ameerul Azeem and Deputy Secretary Information Qaiser Sharif greeted the newly elected office bearers of the Lahore Press Club, as also the journalist community on the continuation of the democratic process.
In a message of greetings to the newly elected LPC President Shahbaz Mian, vice president Zahid Gogi, General Secretary Abdul Majeed Sajid, Joint Secretary Ehsan Shaukat, Finance Secretary, Sheraz Hasanat, and the Governing Body members, the JI leaders expressed the hope that the new LPC team would establish new, positive traditions in the field of journalism and spare no efforts for the welfare and the rights of the journalist community.
