KARACHI: Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) Pakistan Amir Siraj-ul-Haq has said that to become Islamic welfare state is the only way to resolve the miseries of Pakistan and Pakistanis.
He said that each and every individual of the nation is ready to even shed the last drop of his blood but would not let the enemies of Pakistan to harm its integrity.
The JI Amir said that indeed Pakistan is not only a state like hundreds of others in the world but itself is also a symbol for a theory and belief.
He said in his address that treason to Pakistan is tantamount to disloyalty to the blood of tens of thousands of those who sacrificed their lives for Pakistan, to those migrated and the entire lot who established Pakistan after unparallel sacrifices.
He said that the Pakistan Zindabad Rally is a clear message to the opponents of the Pakistan theory that enemies of the country would not be tolerated and there is no space in the country for those individuals who invite NATO, UN and Indian forces to the state.
Haq said that Pakistan is our motherland and we are ready to safeguard it at any cost. We are engaged in a war with the corrupt elite of the society, not with any community. We stand shoulder to shoulder with those oppressed, he added.
The JI leader said that we all need to work with the same zeal of 1947 to get Pakistan free from a virtual slavery. He also vowed to struggle for financial freedom of the country.
He said that the country has seen the so-called elected governments, dictatorships and several types of the governments but the only solution of its problems is a real Islamic government. He vowed to bring “interest system” to an end.
JI Sindh Deputy Amir Muhammad Hussain Mehnati in his address said that Pakistan was created to experiment Islamic principles and to enjoy its benefits but unfortunately rulers have surrendered its integrity and freedom before rogue states.
We are committed to continue the struggle to get Pakistan free from the clutches of corrupt rulers.
He said that the superb Pakistan Zindabad Rally, on a short notice of a couple of days, is a slap on the face of those inviting foreign forces.
The JI leader praised the ongoing Karachi operation and said that the JI supports an unbiased across the board operation so as none can fool masses in the name of cast, creed, colour or ethnicity.
