JI for setting up judicial commission on Panama leaks

ISLAMABAD: Ameer, Jamaat-e-Islami, Pakistan, Senator Sirajul Haq, has called for setting up a judicial commission on Panama leaks so that the whole affair could be sorted out.

Addressing a public meeting on the occasion of the oath-taking ceremony of the JI Islamabad chief Zubair Farooq Khan, he said everybody knows that the money disclosed in the Panama leaks has been transferred from the country. Therefore, he said, a commission should be set up to investigate the matter and punish the culprits.

The JI chief said that the Prime Minister had offered himself for accountability three times, therefore, there should be no obstacles in this respect.

He revealed that upon asking from the prime minister about Panama Leaks, he asks us for evidence.

There is also a strange problem with the courts, if we present an elephant in the court, the court say prove it this is an elephant, Sirajul Haq said and adding that, the governments want it to run as it is.

The JI Senator said the government has completely failed, they also failed to keep up their promises made to the people, due to their irresponsible polices, the debits over the country increased.

Sirajul Haq said the enemy wants to distribute the nation into regional ethnic and sectarian communities, due to this reason we want to enforce Islamic law in the country.

Senator Sirajul Haq said that Pakistan had abundant resources but the masses were poor and lacked even basic facilities. The society was split into the rich and the poor. He said that the distinction of the classes must be eliminated.

Jamaat-e-Islami leader let be known that public support is needed for remove the differences between poor and rich.

The JI chief slated the government strategy making the visit of the Turkish President a family affair. He said the entire national leadership had welcomed the Turkish President and they wanted a meeting with him which was not arranged.

Sirajul Haq expressed that owing to the wrong policies of the present government, the country has lost its ideological identity.

Sirajul Haq also revealed that one thief cannot hold another thief accountable for his deeds.

Jamaat-e-Islami leader professed that the current government has failed as he also cleared out that there is no deficiency of resources in the country, instead it’s the division of these that hasn’t been done with justice.
