JI Ameer vows to provide special allowances to unemployed youth

MINGORA, Swat: Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) Ameer, Senator Sirajul Haq vowed on Sunday provision of special allowances to unemployed youths and senior citizens; as well as shelter to homeless persons. He was addressing Khatam-e-Bukhari and Dastar Bandi ceremony organised at Al-Markazul Islami in Sangota village participated by a large number nationals and students.

While addressing the event, Sirajul Haq promised to bring back looted money of national treasury. He reiterated the Panama revelations and the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) had not named any cleric or seminary as yet but the liberals and secular personalities.

He said Panama documents exposed corrupt elements of Pakistan including 200 prominent personalities including ruling Sharif family who made offshore investments to avoid tax payments. He rejected PM’s claims to make foreign investment after running business successfully in Saudi Arabia during exile period. JI Ameer also rejected self-style judicial commission to be formed post announcement of PM Nawaz Sharif to probe the Panama allegations.

Siraj thrashed the controversial Punjab’s “Protection of Women against Violence Bill 2015” which pushed a married couple to reach police station instead of resolving the issues inside their homes. He said top clerics summoned all parties’ conference twice on the matter. He termed the controversial move of the government to please United States of America.

JI provincial chief Mushtaq Ahmed Khan, JI Swat president Dr. Fazl Subhan, former MNA Dr. Ataur Rehman and other also addressed the event.
