KARACHI: Karachi’s renowned seminary Jamia Tur Rasheed has termed the news claiming an attack on Mufti Tariq Masood as fake and unfounded today.
Earlier, there were rumours that Mufti Tariq Masood was seriously injured and his driver killed in an armed attack on their car in Ghaghar Phatak near Karachi.
However, Jamiat Tur Rasheed Karachi spokesperson Maulana Mohammad Nadeem denied the incident and declared the news as fake and unfounded.
He said that Mufti Tariq Masood sahib is safe and sound and no such incident has happened.
