LAHORE: The Banking Court has granted interim bail to PTI leader Jahangir Tareen and his son Ali Tareen.
Lahore Banking Court approves the interim bail of Jahangir Tareen and Ali Tareen against the surety bonds of Rs500, 000 each.
Jahangir Tareen and Ali Tareen have recently filed their bail pleas in a case registered with the FIA, after which the court restrained the FIA from arresting the two persons till April 7.
The Banking Court also sought all records from the Federal Investigation Agency at the next hearing.
It should be noted that the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Lahore has registered a case of alleged fraud of Rs3.14 billion on March 22.
