At least seven people were dead including driver when four couches of Jaffar Express derailed near Aab Gham railway station, Bolan.
The train was on its way to Rawalpindi from Quetta. The train derailed near Bolan which left 100 injured.
The bodies and the injured were shifted to District Headquarter Hospital.
Traffic on the track between Quetta and Rawalpindi has been suspended while the rescue work is still underway.
