ISLAMABAD: Setting an example of rule of law, Islamabad Deputy Commissioner Muhammad Hamza Shafqaat has fined himself for not wearing face mask.

Earlier, a citizen on Twitter shared the photos of the deputy commissioner without face mask. He wrote that he was made to follow the standard operating procedures at his office. He wished if someone fines the deputy commissioner over not wearing face mask.
Noticing the Tweet, DC Shafqaat replied to the citizen that he took his face mask for a while. The DC also announced to pay a fine of Rs1,000 for violating the SOPs.
