LAHORE: The PTI-led government has been asked by a court to inform PML-N leader Maryam Nawaz whatever decision it had taken on removing her name from the no-fly list.
This has been ruled by a two-member bench of the Lahore High Court here on Monday.
The bench asked the Additional Attorney General whether the federal government had made a decision on the matter?
He replied that the cabinet is yet to decide on the matter. To which, LHC’s Justice Anwarul Haq Pannu remarked:”I had read in a newspaper today that federal government will not allow Maryam Nawaz to travel abroad.”
He questioned that if a decision is yet to be taken then how are the government is making public statement on the matter?
