Indonesia: Indonesian private passenger plane carrying 50 passengers suddenly disappeared here on Saturday.
According to world news agency,Srivijaya Air’s Boeing 737 aircraft lost connection with control tower while flying from capital Jakarta to western province.The aircraft was carrying 50 passengers and crew members.
According to airline officials,the plane was en-route from Jakarta to western province, when the flight reached to the height of 10,000 feet,the connection was disconnected from the control tower.
The search operation started immediately after the passengers plane was missing,officials added.
Indonesia transport minister told media that aircraft search and possible accident prevention efforts are going on.
A flight tracking website said that aircraft came down upto 10,000 feet in less than a minute.
