ISLAMABAD: Foreign Office has termed Indian claim of capturing of Pakistani fishermen a lie saying that no Pakistani fishing boat nor fisherman have gone missing. The Indian claim is a lie like its claim of the surgical strike, spokesman Foreign Office Nafees Zakaria said.
We have probed the Indian claim which shows that no Pakistani fishing boat or fisherman has gone missing. No such information has been received from any relevant Pakistani authority, he added.
Earlier the United Nations too had rejected the Indian claim of surgical strike along the Line of Control.
This is the second Indian claim this week that has turned out to be a lie.
