NEW YORK: National Assembly standing committee on foreign affairs told on Tuesday that India had violated Line of Control (LoC) and working boundary 400 times during the current year.

Member National Assembly (MNA) Rana Muhammad Afzal chaired the committee in the Parliament House. Foreign Office officials told the meeting that 36 army personnel embraced martyrdom and 122 injured during the violations.

The officials said that India was not ready to hold talk except terrorism, while Pakistan is ready to hold negotiation on all disputes with any pre-conditions. They were of the view that the dialogues between the two countries would remain fruitless, if Kashmir issue would not be included in the negotiations.
