NEW DELHI: The India’s New Delhi High Court has ruled that a capital punishment would be awarded to those found involved in suspending oxygen supply to hospitals in the prevailing coronavirus situation.
It maybe mentioned here that the coronavirus pandemic in India had reached an alarming level as daily hundreds of thousands of cases are being reported.
Hospitals are filled to their capacity with patients and there is no space for bodies at the crematoriums for last rituals.
On the other hand, India has banned export of the Covid-19 vaccine.
