Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan on Sunday warned the ruling political party Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) with severe consequences over barricading ‘peaceful protest’ in federal capital Islamabad.
Imran Khan while addressing press conference at his residence Bani Gala said that national institutions were paralysed by the current government. He clarified that PTI was protesting against poor performance of the government and institutions.
He added peaceful protests were democratic right of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf.
Imran alleged that the current rulers wanted to secure their black money. He added that persons found guilty in corruption will be punished after probe into Panama Papers’ leaks being tried in the Supreme Court (SC).
The PTI Chairman alleged that corrupt persons wanted to stop peaceful protests against corruption. He reiterated his demand for resignation of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif.
