An Anti-Terrorism court (ATC) on Monday sent arrested accused in Imran Frooq murder case on 14 days remand under FIA’s custody.
The accused Moazam Ali, Khalid Shamim and Mohsin Ali were presented before the court under tight security.
The advocates of the accused stated FIA’s document proved that they were illegally kept under custody.
After hearing the statements of both parties, the court sent Moazam Ali, Khalid Shamim and Mohsin Ali on 14 days remand.
