ISLAMABAD: Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has filed interim challan in slain Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) leader Dr Imran Farooq murder case in the court, in which Mohsin Ali Syed, Khalid Shamim and Moazzam Ali have been declared accused in the case.
The challan declared Mohsin Ali Syed as the key accused while, Khalid Shamim and Moazzam Ali as facilitators. The confessional statements of the accused are also made part of the challan.
Statements of four travel agents, who arranged visa and tickets for accused Mohsin and Kashif, have also been included in the interim challan.
