FIA to seek Altaf Hussain’s arrest warrants in Imran Farooq’s murder

Following the confession of crime by the arrested accused Khalid Shamim and Mohsin Ali in Dr Imran Farooq murder case, Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) have decided to get arrest warrants of three suspects including Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) chief Altaf Hussain in the case.

A channel quoting its sources said that FIA have completed legal formalities to get the arrest warrants of MQM chief Altaf Hussain, Mohammad Anwar and Iftikhar Hussain.

The decision was made after confessional statements of Khalid Shamim and Mohsin Ali were recorded before the court.

Sources said the agency have completed all legal formalities to seek arrest warrants from judge Abdul Ghafoor in Islamabad local court.

It is pertinent to mention here that, FIA had filed the case on the complain of Director Anti-Terrorism Inam Ghani in which Khalid Shamim, Mohsin Ali, Moazzam Ali, Iftikhar Hussain, Altaf Hussain, and Mohammad Anwar were nominated.
