ISLAMABAD: Anti -Terrorism Court on Thursday has reserved the decision regarding bail of the accused arrested in Dr. Imran Frooq murder case.
The special court judge Kosar Abbas Zadhi reserved the decision regarding the bail of accused Moazzam Ali, Khalid Shamim and Mohsin. The verdict will be announced on April 7.
The advocate of the accused stated that the medical condition of his clients is not good and medical facilities available in the prison are not enough.
On this statement, the court ordered the jail authorities to present the medical sate of the three accused arrested in the case.
The court adjoined the next hearing on April 7.
