IMF condition’s will be fulfilled before Jan 12: Shaukat Tarin

ISLAMABAD: Finance Advisor Senator Shaukat Tarin said the government will meet the conditions of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) before January 12.

According to sources, the federal government will submit the Amendment Finance Bill to the National Assembly on Tuesday, December 28.

They said that the IMFs $1 billion loan installment is subject to Amendment of the Finance Bill while the Stat Bank of Pakistan’s autonomy bill will also be presented in the assembly with the Finance Bill.

On the other hand, Senator Shaukat Tarin said a sixth review report will be presented at the IMF’s executive board meeting on January 12.
