Although Pakistan Cricket team has just three matches from five games in World Cup so far and their chances to qualify for the semi-final looks very weak, the Pakistani all-rounder Imad Wasim feels that it is still not over for Pakistan.

Talking to media at the Old Trafford on Sunday evening after India’s game, Imad said that Pakistan just need to get the momentum and then it can qualify for the semi-final.

“We need to win against South Africa and New Zealand, then two remaining matches, and need to win these matches comprehensively,” he said.

“This is not impossible, if we win against South Africa, it will give us a morale booster and the momentum that we need,” the all-rounder said.

Imad Wasim agreed that despite winning all games, Pakistan will still have to look for others result but that’s not under their control.

“We can’t control what other teams would do, but what we can control is our performance and we’ll have to give our best in all the remaining games,” Imad Wasim said.

He added that everyone is disappointed at the way Pakistan team lost against India.

“We are equally disappointed, but don’t lose hope, we’ll fight back,” Imad Wasim concluded.
