ISLAMABAD: International Islamic University, Islamabad (IIUI) organized a training session for its faculty members where they were trained for Online Evaluation System which is a software to bridge the gap between the teachers and students.
The training session was conducted by the Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC) of the university in collaboration with Department of Education.
The major objective of this training session was to train the faculty members about Online Evaluation System, its effectiveness and usability for professional development.
Mr. Imran Ullah Marwat, Deputy Director (QEC) of the university was the resource person of the training session. He provided a comprehensive overview about all important features of Online Evaluation System i.e. teachers’ login, course registration and teachers’ course evaluation.
A large number of faculty members attended the training session. Chairperson Department of Education, Dr. Samina Malik highly appreciated QEC for this initiative and reiterated to extend cooperation in future as well. It is pertinent that IIUI is the pioneer educational institution which established its own Online Evaluation System as per guidelines of Higher Education Commission. —INP
