ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Monday issued notice to the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) and sought reply over summoning of old record from Muslim Commercial Bank (MCB).

A division bench of the IHC comprising Justice Aamer Farooq and Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb resumed hearing of a plea filed by the MCB against NAB for summoning the record from period of 1999 to 2000.

During the hearing, counsel for the MCB Munawar-ul-Slaam, apprised the bench that the MCB has only six years old record as per policy of the company.
