ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court dismissed the petition seeking disqualification of Prime Minister Imran Khan as a member of the National Assembly.
A petition was filed in the IHC for the disqualification of Prime Minister Imran Khan by a citizen Fidaullah.

The petitioner had taken the position that Imran Khan made a statement during the Senate election that 16 MNAs were sold. Sheikh Rasheed confirmed it and said that no action can be taken against them.
Islamabad High Court Chief Justice Athar Minallah directed the petitioner to ask the MNA of his constituency to file a petition in this regard.
