ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Friday directed parties to argue the case related to the superdari of Axact company’s vehicles on next date of hearing.
Justice Mohsan Kiani heard the appealed filed by the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) challenging the lower court decision regarding the Superdari of Axact company’s vehicles.
Counsel for Ayesha Shoaib, Rizwan Abbasi Advocate appeared before the court.
Chaudhry Haseeb represented the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) and informed the court that after the registration of First Information Report (FIR) 16 vehicles of the Axact company worth Rs 17.3 million were taken into the custody.
He said that vehicles were not beloning to to Ayesha Shoaib wife of Shoaib Sheikh and she was not authority to file the case in this regard.
He argued that the property couldn’t be handed over to parties before the completion of the trial according to law.
