ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court has decided to remove National Accountability Court Judge Arshad Malik.
A spokesman for the IHC said on Friday that a decision has been taken to remove Judge Arshad Malik from his post.
In this connection, Acting Chief Justice of IHC Aamir Farooq has written to the Ministry of Law and Justice, he added.
