ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court has accepted protective bail application of former Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gilani for seven days.
Former PM Gilani had filed a pre-arrest bail plea in the IHC. The plea states that the FIA has obtained arrest warrant in eight cases however, he should be allowed to appear before a trial court.
He has challenged his arrest warrant in Islamabad High Court (IHC) that Karachi’s central judge had issued his arrest warrant in as many as eight corruption cases.
