Islamabad: The Islamabad High Court on Monday accepted a transit bail of ex-PM Shahid Khaqan Abbasi for four weeks in the MD PSO appointment case.
A two-member bench comprising IHC Chief Justice Athar Minallah and Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kiyani heard the case.
Barrister Zafarullah, a counsel for Shahid Khaqan Abbasi, prayed the court to grant the former PM a transit bail so that he could appear in a court to face another reference in Karachi.
Later, the IHC CJ accepted the four-week transit bail of the former prime minister.
