Islamabad :The Islamabad Chamber of Commerce & Industry (ICCI) in collaboration with Emerging Pakistan, Ministry of Commerce and Pakistan Embassy in Turkey will organize “Emerging Pakistan Business Opportunities Conference and Award Ceremony in Istanbul, Turkey on June 27-28, 2018. Both events would be held at CONRAD Hotels & Resorts in Istanbul.
The conference would highlight the business opportunities in various sectors of Pakistan’s economy to the Turkish participants and explore matchmakings between the private sectors of Pakistan and Turkey. About 300-350 businessmen from Pakistan would participate in the Business Opportunities Conference and would hold B2B meetings with Turkish counterparts.
ICCI has developed four types of packages for interested participants detail of which is available at https://www.facebook.com/EmergingPakistanboc/. The interested participants could also make contact at 0300-5809333, 0300-5923222 for booking that will be on first come first serve basis. The families of participants could also accompany them to attend the Award Ceremony. Turkish airline would be the official airline of the event and all travelers from Pakistan would fly through it.
In his message, Sheikh Amir Waheed President, Islamabad Chamber of Commerce & Industry said that Pakistan enjoyed close and cordial relations with Turkey and holding of conference and award ceremony in Istanbul would provide a good platform to the private sectors of both countries to interact and explore new avenues of business collaboration with each other in areas of interest. They said the real potential for economic cooperation between Pakistan and Turkey has not been fully tapped as yet despite similar economic structures of both countries and hoped that the business opportunities conference would be a right step towards transforming the bilateral cooperation between Pakistan and Turkey into vibrant economic partnership.
Muhammad Naveed Malik Senior Vice President and Nisar Mirza Vice President ICCI said that it was a good opportunity for the private sector of Pakistan to take active part in the said conference and explore the possibilities of developing long-term business relations with Turkish counterparts.
