Salman Akram Raja, a candidate supported by PTI from NA-128 Lahore Assembly Constituency, took oath on Quran.
Salman Akram Raja while taking oath on the Quran said that first of all I take oath on the Holy Quran myself, after being elected we will be the parliamentary party of PTI in the House. I will remain loyal to, within the Parliament I will remain a member of the PTI parliamentary party and cannot even imagine betraying PTI or the founders of PTI.
Salman Akram Raja said that rumors are being spread that PTI candidates will go to other parties after winning, this is a rumor and completely wrong. Election Commission is completely wrong to say that we are independent.
The PTI candidate further said that I have written in the nomination papers that I am the candidate of PTI, I have also submitted the ticket issued by PTI to the RO, so how can anyone call me independent.
Salman Akram Raja said that all the candidates should take an oath on the Holy Quran, we will remain loyal to the founder and the party, we will not come under any greed or fear.
