Pakistan super star off spinner Saeed Ajmal said he will challenge International Cricket Council (ICC) for ending medical rule.
The 38-year-old off spinner said in an interview that his arm is not straight due to accident in child hood and asked ICC that how can he bowl with perfect straight arm?
He said he will challenge ICC for omitting the medical rule and will make comeback in the team.
At least 10 to 12 bowlers are currently playing international cricket will illegal bowling action, he said.
Ajmal told that he will soon make a comeback in the side as he already got his pace and variations back with new action.
He said, “I have played three matches against Bangladesh which are not enough to get my rhythm back. Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) should have given me seven to eight games to get my form back.”
“I am completely fit and continuously playing domestic cricket and will play for Pakistan again before retirement,” he added.
He told that his academy was shut by local administration after Army Public School attack due to security concerns.
Ajmal requested Chief Minister Punjab Shahbaz Sharif to reopen his academy so he can train youngsters again.
