Huge turnout at the event proves book-friendly attitude of the citizens: Hafiz Naeem

KARACHI: Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) Karachi chief Hafiz Naeemur Rehman on Tuesday visits 12th annual book fair in Expo Centre Karachi.

The JI Karachi chief said that a huge turnout at the event has proved book-friendly attitude of the citizens in the city. He said that people had shown their great with the purchase of religious books and others which shows that they were diverting towards source of knowledge to get more information.

He said that by making friendship with books can lead us to stand with the developing countries. He congratulated the organisers for making the event successful.

During the annual book fair JI Karachi chief visited various stalls including Raah tv, Noor Haq Library and Islamic research academy. JI Vice Ameer Karachi Muzaffar Ahmed Hashmi, Security Information Zahid Askari and others also accompanied with him.
