ISLAMABAD: A special court on Thursday announced that the judgment in the high treason case against ex-president Gen (retd) Pervez Musharraf would be issued on Dec 17.
Hearing the case a three-member bench led by Peshawar High Court Chief Justice Waqar Ahmed Seth remarked that the verdict would be announced on the given date even if arguments were not completed by the both parties.
During the hearing, the new prosecution team prayed to the court to grant more time to prepare for the case.
Later, the court adjourned the hearing till Dec 17.
