RIYADH: The Hajj Sermon will be broadcast in 10 different languages this year.
Abdul Rehman al-Sudais, the head of Presidency for the two holy mosques giving a news briefing said that the Hajj Sermon would be telecast in 10 languages this year to convey the message of Islam to Muslims around the world.
He said that last year the Hajj Sermon was telecast in five languages whereas this year it would be broadcast in Urdu, English, Turkish, Persian, Bengali, Chinese, French, Russian, Malay and Hausa.
It may be recalled that in view of the global pandemic coronavirus, 10,000 pilgrims will be allowed this year to perform Hajj as compared to 2.5 million last year.
