Sri Lankan star Danushka Gunathilaka has revealed that “mutton biryani” is his favourite from all that the local Pakistani cuisine has to offer.
“Our stay in Pakistan is going very well and we are being hosted very nicely,” said the 28-year-old.
When asked if he’s liking the local food, he replied in the affirmative, adding that “it’s amazing, very good”.
Gunathilaka’s half century was pivotal in Sri Lanka beating Pakistan in the first T20I on Saturday.
He revealed that he’s a fan of Pakistani “mutton biryani”.
The left-hander expressed satisfaction with his own performance during the tour and said that his team would try their best to win the second T20I on Monday and wrap up the series.
