Finance Minister Ishaq Dar said In Islamic Index there are several ways available for investment, government in working on to promote Islamic banking in the country.
Addressing to a ceremony of Islamic Index introduction at Karachi Stock Exchange (KSE) Dar said that the Islamic Index is the milestone of Islamic Banking.
With the introduction of new Islamic index the stock market will gain positive results, he said.
He said government is working to stable Pakistan’s economy. He urged investors, traders and financers to help government for the promotion of Islamic banking.
