The court has expressed anger on non-seriousness of Sindh government over Baldia Factory fire case and said the government trying to delay the matter since 2012.
As per details, a local court conducted the hearing of high profile Baldia factory case on Saturday.
During the hearing the government’s advocate told the court that home ministry has the real Joint Investigation Team’s (JIT) report of the case. The court replied that they doesn’t demand to present JIT report.
The JIT is just the information and court have nothing to do with it, while it will benefit the police only, court said.
The court said neither the Police, Home ministry nor the government are serious about the case. Everything is available not no one is here to take the action.
The court adjoined the hearing of the case till July 16 and ordered the advocated of the accuse [Manzoor] to present a interim challan.
