LAHORE: PML-N President and leader of the opposition Shehbaz Sharif has rejected the mini budget.

He said that with the new legislation, the government will become IMF’s tax collector and the role of the federal government will be limited to the Fund’s tax collection.

The PML-N president rejecting the mini budget said that the government had lied to the nation and the business community, saying there will be no mini budget.

He said that Imran Niazi took another U-Turn, adding that now it is not a mini budget but a black storm of economic disaster and inflation.

This mini budget will be the last nail in the coffin of the national economy, Shehbaz said.
