A parliamentary delegation of Germany called on Pakistani Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Raheel Sharif here on Tuesday, Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said.
A delegation headed by Ms Dagmer G. Wohrl, Member of German Parliament and Chairperson of the Committee on Economic Cooperation and Development of German Parliament, held meeting with COAS General Raheel Sharif in General Headquarters (GHQ).
Matters of mutual interest were discussed during the meeting. The delegation praised the successes of Pakistani military in Operation Zarb-e-Azb and sacrifices of Pakistan Army for regional stability.
German Ambassador to Pakistan Dr. Cyrill Nunn was also present during the meeting.
