LAHORE: The funeral prayers for Tehreek-e-Labbaik Pakistan (TLP) Allama Khadim Hussain Rizvi were offered here at the Minar-e-Pakistan ground after Zuhr prayers.
A large number of people from all walks of life attended the funeral prayers of the TLP chief.
Allama Saad Hussain Rizvi, the son of the TLP chief, led the funeral prayers of Allama Khadim Hussain Rizvi.
The funeral prayers were offered amid tight security as over 1,000 police personnel deployed at various places in the city.
Later, the TLP chief was laid to rest on the premises of the Madressah Abu Zar Ghaffari.
Earlier on Thursday night, Allama Khadim Hussain Rizvi, the chief of Tehreek-e-Labbaik Pakistan (TLP) had passed away in Lahore.
