North Waziristan: Four terrorists were killed in an exhchange of fire with security forces in Mir Ali area here on Tuesday.
According to the officials terrorists opened fire when a compound were sorrounded by security forces on the report presence of terrorists.
The Inter-Service Public Relation (ISPR) said that four terrorists were killed in an exchange of fire. The terrorists were involved in kidnapping for ransom, attacks on security forces, extortion and IED bomb blasts.
Naib-Subedar Ameen-Ullah from Chitraal and Soldier Sher Zamin from Landi Kotal were martyred in the encounter against terrorist while 4 others were injured, The ISPR added.
It is also to be mention here that earlier on February 2 security forces killed three terrorist during an operation on Lower Dir near Pak-Afghan border.
