At least four persons have lost their lives in an armed clashed between two groups in Abbottabad while demonstrators blocked Shahrah-e-Resham during protests against the killings.
Police expressed strong suspicions were present for electoral dispute were present behind the incident. Sources said that all deceased persons were activists of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) allegedly killed in firing resorted to by Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) workers.
Police started conducting raids on different spots to arrest the culprits involved in the incident.
On the other hand, demonstrators along with dead bodies are lodging protests on Shahrah-e-Resham amid heavy rainfall in Abbottabad.
