MULTAN: Former Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gillani has received a telephone call of his abducted son Syed Ali Haider Gilani here on Sunday. He affirmed the telephonic contact and said that his son was safe and healthy.
The former president talked with his son for 8 minutes. Yousuf said that it was the first link in last two years. He said that the call was made from Afghanistan.
PTI Vice President Makhdoom Shah Mahmood Hussain Qureshi also talked with Haider Gillani for two minutes.
Former Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gillani had left for Afghanistan 15 days ago along with PPP delegation and sought help to recover his son. Syed Ali Haider Gilani was kidnapped two years ago from Multan.
