Former President of Azad Kashmir, Sardar Mohammad Abdul Qayyum Khan passed after the long illness.
He was one of the funding leaders of Kashmir’s freedom movement and was supreme leader of Muslim Conference.
Sardar Abdul Qayyum was elected Azad Kashmir president in 1956, 1971, 1985 and 1990.
He was President All Jammu and Kashmir Muslim Conference 14 times as well.
American Biographical Institute declared Sardar Muhammad Abdul Qayyum Khan as the “Man of the Year of 1998″
