SRINAGAR: Food crisis amid extreme cold has worsened as the people of occupied Kashmir are under military curfew and without Internet facility on the 172th consecutive day here on Thursday.

Earlier this month, the Supreme Court of India had directed the authorities to review all the restrictions imposed in the occupied Kashmir.

Last year on Aug 5, India had abrogated Article 370 withdrawing special status given to occupied Kashmir.

Meanwhile, the Supreme Court of India on Wednesday ruled that there would be no stay on the implementation of the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA).

However, the apex court decided to form a five-member bench to hear all the petitions registered across the country against the CAA.
